This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the Singularix platform. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You May Not Use Singularix To:
- Generate malware, viruses, ransomware, or any software designed to damage or gain unauthorized access to systems
- Create software that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Build tools for harassment, surveillance, or violation of others' privacy
- Produce content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Circumvent security controls, access restrictions, or rate limits of the Service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's proprietary systems
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
- Generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive communications
- Create software intended for use in weapons systems or military applications
- Build tools that discriminate against individuals based on protected characteristics
Resource Usage
You agree to use compute resources responsibly. Excessive or abusive resource consumption may result in throttling or account suspension. Fair-use limits are defined in your plan tier.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this policy, please report it to abuse@singularix.ai.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations, including content removal, account suspension, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
