1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Singularix ("the Service"), operated by Katari Studios LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Singularix is an autonomous AI-powered software development platform that designs, implements, tests, and deploys software based on user-provided specifications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose prohibited by law or our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Code generated by the Service on your behalf belongs to you, subject to any open-source licenses of underlying dependencies. The Service itself, including its architecture, design, and branding, remains our intellectual property.

7. Beta Program

During the beta period, the Service operates in sandbox mode. Beta users may design, build, and test applications within the Singularix sandbox environment. Production deployment of applications built with the Service is not available during beta. All beta users will receive simultaneous access to production deployment capabilities at general availability (GA). This policy ensures no participant gains an unfair competitive advantage through early access.

8. AI-Generated Output

The Service uses AI to generate code and other artifacts. While we strive for quality, AI-generated output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all output before deploying to production environments.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: data loss, service interruptions, or defects in AI-generated output. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.
